Seeing Sora in one of his alternate Disney world forms has got fans wondering what costumes could have been brought over for Sora. Modder Devory even went as far as to change up some of the victory animations to make sure that the Keyblade can be seen in all of the shots.
The mod also appears to change Sora's portrait picture to his Toy Box appearance as well as his in-game model. This mod changes it from the Kingdom Key to the Favourite Deputy, complete with the green alien hanging from the handle, Woody's badge at the teeth, and Buzz's rocket as the base.
Not only that but the mod also does something that Smash managed to completely avoid - change Sora's Keyblade. The mod changes Sora's third costume, the Dream Drop Distance one, into his blocky toy appearance from his visit to the Toy Story world in Kingdom Hearts 3. Although that might not have come to pass beyond Timeless River in Smash Ultimate, one modder, _Silent_, has done the impressive job of bringing Sora's Toy Box appearance into the game.
